John Loui Santiago is a graduate student whose research focuses on labor policy within the broader intersection of economics, law, and public policy. With experience helping manage a small business, he is interested in how organizations respond to regulatory and economic environments.
Mave Kimara Alexander
As a Tax Officer from Saint Lucia, Mave is interested in how regional cultural contexts influence housing markets and organizational behaviour. She aims to produce rigorous quantitative research that strengthens evidence-based policymaking and deepens understanding of Caribbean economic structures.
Young Shin
Young is an undergraduate research assistant interested in the intersection of computer science, economics, and marketing analytics. Drawing on previous customer-facing experience at Samsung and Apple, he is especially interested in how data and technology can help us better understand user behavior and decision-making.
